Rates & Policies

$185 per night plus tax, based on an occupancy of 4 persons, $5 for each additional person up to a maximum of 8 persons. Includes: 2 bedrooms with full beds and loft with a full bed and futon. Also includes, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen and great room with a sofa bed.

2 night minimum on weekends and 3 night minimum for festival weekends.

Additional $85 clean up fee will apply for one night weekday stay.

Cancellation Fees: There will be a $25 charge for cancelling from booking date until 7 days prior to check-in. A full night’s charge will result if cancellation is 7 days or less from check-in. A charge of 2 nights will be incurred for holiday or festival weekends for 7 days or less notice.

No Smoking - Violation of the No Smoking Policy will result in an extra night’s charge.

25% discount for reservations taking place between December 1 thru March 1.
